Toshiba Message Light Blinking without a Message

I found this issue with Toshiba Strata PBX System (CHSUB672A) that with the handset a message light would blink but no message. After doing some research I found that if you pick up the handset and dial # 409 this is resolve this issue.

    I’m so glad this helps! It drove me crazy as well. I would put business cards over the red blinking light until I figured out how to fix it.
